The role requires fluent or native Norwegian, good English, strong phone communication, and solid written and time‑management skills. You’ll work independently with Microsoft Office and Internet tools, while collaborating with clients to tailor

Responsabilidades

• Provide information to customers via telephone and email.
• Accept and process customer orders using computer programmes.
• Make changes to customer orders and explain services, prices, and purchase options.
• Inform customers about any changes to their orders.
• Draft, edit, and process correspondence and other documents.
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and recommend products.
