Factorial HR is seeking a Business Analyst to scale its SDR operations across Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany. You will forecast, report on pipelines, and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes multi-market coordination, strong analytics, and CRM-driven process improvements. English required; additional EU language a plus. This position is based in Barcelona with a dynamic, well-supported team culture.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience operating across multiple countries or markets.
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot).
• Track record of driving outcomes cross-functionally without formal authority.
• Comfortable building structure in ambiguity and driving projects independently.

Responsabilidades

• Forecasting, pipeline reporting, and cross-market planning across five European markets.
• Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards aligned to pipeline stages.
• Lead initiatives to improve SDR processes and collaboration with Marketing/Demand Gen and Ops.
• Support capacity planning and market coverage modeling across markets.
• Act as the first point of contact for country team leads and resolve day-to-day operational questions.
