Factorial in Barcelona is seeking an experienced SDR Operations Analyst to bolster forecasting, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives across five European markets.

You will partner with SDR leadership, Marketing, and Ops to improve lead flow, capacity planning, and pipeline accuracy, while serving as the first point of contact for country leads and driving performance reporting in HubSpot.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Experience operating across multiple markets or countries.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot).

Responsabilidades

• Forecasting & Reporting: Partner with SDR leadership on forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and performance reporting across five markets.
• KPIs & Dashboards: Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards aligned to pipeline stage definitions.
• Cross-Functional Projects: Lead initiatives to improve SDR process and productivity with Marketing/Demand Gen and Ops.
• Capacity Planning: Support capacity planning and market coverage modeling across five markets.
• Operational Partnership: Serve as the first point of contact for country team leads, resolving day-to-day questions.
