Job summary

Empleo Ayuntamiento De Las Rozas De Madrid is seeking a Car Sales Representative – Fleet Remarketing Specialist to join the team. The role focuses on selling young used cars to official dealers, traders and wholesalers.

You will manage and develop the buyer base across multiple countries, support the Fleet Sales Manager to hit monthly targets, and handle offers, damage appraisal and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Degree (BA or MBA) in Business Administration or similar.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in used cars market, manufacturers, leasing, rent-a-car companies or dealership.
• High level of English spoken and written; other languages desirable (French).
• Knowledge of car markets, trends, sales channels and segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Sell used vehicles to official dealers, traders and wholesalers.
• Search for new opportunities and manage relationships with buyers.
• Agreeing sales and ensuring they materialize.
• Manage and develop buyer base across multiple countries.
• Prepare offers, damage appraisal and invoicing for used cars.
• Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support Fleet Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales & P&L targets.
• Assist Fleet Acquisition on new offers valuation and analysis.

The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to cover the sell of young used car sales to official dealers, traders and wholesalers

Tasks

• Risk Fleet sales.
• Search for new opportunities
• Advanced Sales: Agreeing sales subsequently materialize.
• Manage and find new customers from multiple countries
• Execute used cars sales including sending offers, damage appraisal and invoicing
• Complaint management
• Manage and develop effectively in order to foster buyer base
• Development and expansion of existing customer base
• Close cooperation with other team members
• Support Car Sales Manager on achieving monthly sales and P&L targets
• Support Fleet Acquisition on new offers valuation and analysis.

Educational Background

Professional Experience

• Excellent knowledge of the new and or used car market understanding market trends, sales, channels and segmentation
