Shakers is seeking a Business Development intern to energize our Mid-market Sales team in Madrid. You will prospect decision makers, qualify needs, and present tailored value propositions.

You’ll schedule meetings, report on activities, and draw weekly insights to help shape strategy. You should be pursuing or have completed a degree in engineering or management, enjoy sales, and be comfortable with startup jargon and C-level conversations.

Formación

• Degree in engineering or management required.
• Interest in sales and willingness to grow quickly.
• Familiar with startup and technical sector jargon.
• Strong communication with technical and C-level profiles.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and persuasive.
• Creative approach to client challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and search for decision makers via LinkedIn.
• Qualify and follow up to identify client needs.
• Understand pain points and present value propositions.
• Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives.
• Report weekly activities and key objectives achieved.
• Draw insights and conclusions at week end.
