Axpo Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365/Azure administrator to join an international team in Madrid. You will engineer, maintain, and secure Teams and 365 services, supporting the transition from on-premises to cloud, and collaborating across functions to deliver reliable digital workplaces.

We value hands-on mindset, teamwork, and English proficiency, with German knowledge a plus. Flexible hours and remote work options are available in a hybrid setup in Madrid.

Formación

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator Associate, or Teams Administrator Associate are an advantage

• Support the transition from on-premises environments, such as Skype for Business, to Microsoft 365 cloud services

What you will do:

• Engineer and maintain Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 services with a focus on security, availability, and reliability

What you bring & who you are:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online
• Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator, Security Administrator Associate, or Teams Administrator Associate are an advantage
• Understanding of IT security principles and a risk-based security-by-design approach
• Experience with OnPrem Skype for Business infrastructures and ideally SIP/SBC solutions such as Audiocodes
• Strong hands-on mindset, collaborative approach, and enthusiasm for modern cloud technologies
• Proficient English skills; ideally, you also have some knowledge of German
