What you will do:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for provisioning, configuration, and compliance across devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
• Oversee hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Configure and enforce security policies for endpoint devices, ensuring updates, patching, and antivirus compliance.
• Monitor device performance and ensure adherence to organizational policies using Intune and M365 tools.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and deploy modern workplace solutions.
• Provide technical support for M365 services, focusing on hardware and software integration.

What you bring & who you are:

• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 services, including Intune.
• Hands‑on expertise in device provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and device identity management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills to support and train users.

Ideally, you also bring:

• Certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert).
• PowerShell scripting knowledge for automation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hardware procurement and vendor management.
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Spanish skills are a plus.
