Axpo is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365/Teams engineer to join a multinational team in Madrid. You will engineer, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Teams with emphasis on security, availability, and reliability, while migrating on-premises to cloud services.

You will administer enterprise environments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the Azure/M365 expansion. English is required; German knowledge is a plus. Hybrid work with office presence in Madrid.

Formación

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure services including Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
• Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator or Teams Administrator Associate are an advantage.
• Understanding of IT security principles and risk-based security-by-design approaches.
• Experience with On-Prem Skype for Business infrastructures and SIP/SBC solutions (Audiocodes) is a plus.
• Strong hands-on mindset, collaborative approach, and enthusiasm for modern cloud technologies.
• Proficient English; German knowledge is a plus.
