Axpo Group is seeking a technically seasoned Application Manager in Madrid to take end-to-end ownership of critical Risk Management, Governance & Compliance, and ESG Reporting applications. You will manage the full lifecycle, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and coordinate releases with internal teams and external suppliers.

Join a collaborative international team with hybrid work options. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical application management or engineering, ideally SaaS.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SSO, EntraID, and user provisioning.
• Able to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Structured, proactive, and analytical with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Azure, TOGAF, CISSP or CISM preferred.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

What you will do:

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of applications in Risk Management, Governance & Compliance, and ESG Reporting

What you bring & who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in technical application management or application engineering, ideally in SaaS-based environments
• Solid understanding of integrations such as REST APIs, Single Sign-on, EntraID, and user provisioning
• Ability to turn business requirements into practical and reliable technical solutions
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working with strong analytical skills
• Ideally, familiarity with Risk & Compliance processes or certifications such as ITIL, Azure, TOGAF, CISSP, or CISM
• Fluent English skills; German is an advantage
