Job summary

Inner Flow Studio in Barcelona is seeking a Member Experience Manager to lead Front Desk and Sales teams, manage the relationship with our store partner, and shape the next growth phase. You will own the member journey from enquiry to loyalty, balancing service excellence with commercial development.

You will report to the CEO and guide memberships, billing and payments while maintaining data integrity and processes that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing teams in a service business.
• Service mindset with commercial initiative and comfort working with numbers.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or membership management systems, billing and payments.
• Ability to organise, prioritise and follow through with attention to detail.
• Confidence handling difficult conversations, problem solving and decisions.
• Curiosity, open mind and willingness to try new ways of working.
• Personal interest in training, health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk and Sales teams to deliver exceptional member experience and drive retention.
• Oversee memberships, billing and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Coordinate the Store & partner activities and ensure a seamless member journey.
• Develop initiatives to improve service, participation and sense of community.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Spa teams to connect different parts of the Inner Flow experience.
