Job summary

Soho House & Co Ibiza is seeking a proactive Membership Manager to support the Head of Membership in acquiring, onboarding and retaining members at the Ibiza site. You will manage introductions, monitor behaviour on Salesforce, coordinate committee activities and draft monthly outreach with Operations and Global Marketing to keep members informed and engaged.

The role requires excellent organisation and hands-on administration in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing memberships or club onboarding.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage member introductions and onboarding; record attendance in Salesforce.
• Monitor member behaviour, log actions, and escalate issues as needed.
• Drive retention and engagement with operations, events, and member relations.
• Draft monthly member outreach emails with Operations and Global Marketing.
• Support Membership Committee with applications, approvals and notes.
• Maintain member records and assist with performance reporting.
• Be present on the floor during busy times to assist members and gather feedback.
