Job summary

Soho House Barcelona is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome members and guests with warmth and efficiency, delivering a first-class experience in our Gothic Quarter location. You will manage calls, reservations, coat checks, guest lists, and on-floor duties, ensuring a hospitable Soho House welcome and a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

Up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue.
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service.
Fluent in English and Spanish; organized and reliable.
Ability to multitask and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Welcome members by name and greet guests warmly in the Soho House manner.
Answer high volume calls for hotel, restaurant, and general enquiries.
Manage guest lists, bookings on the floor, club, roof, and pool.
Assist with coat checks and retrieve items left by guests.
Maintain a clean, sanitary reception area and communicate feedback to management.
