Norrsken is seeking a Membership Growth Associate to own growth and curation for Norrsken House and Club memberships in Barcelona. You’ll drive the sales funnel from first inquiry through application to close, and turn funnel data into concrete improvements with the Growth & Partnerships team.

You’ll be the first contact for potential members, represent our mission, and test outbound campaigns, referrals and automation to hit growth targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, growth, or a funnel-driven role.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Catalan is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with a sales or application process in CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the membership funnel for Norrsken House and Club memberships from first inquiry to close.
• Analyze funnel data and turn insights into concrete improvements with the Growth & Partnerships team.
• Drive outbound growth activities and experiment with referrals and automation to hit targets.
• Be the first point of contact for prospective members and articulate Norrsken's mission.
