Job summary

REVO Studios in Barcelona is seeking a Studio Manager to lead guest experiences, close memberships, and ensure flawless operations across a premium, wellness-focused club.

You will guide tours, host visits, manage member progress, and oversee floor flow with a deadline-driven, guest-centric approach. This full-time on-site role requires rotating shifts, weekend coverage, and a passion for health, recovery and luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium hospitality or high-end client-facing sales.
• Closed sales face to face (memberships, packages or experiences).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Availability for rotating shifts and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

REVO Studios is a premium biohacking and longevity members' club in Barcelona, where advanced recovery therapies meet personalized protocols designed by our Medical Director. We're a club, not a clinic: everything revolves around the member experience.

Our members come for the therapies. They stay because of you.

Before you apply

• Full-time, permanent contract, on-site in Sant Gervasi, Barcelona. Starting November 2026.
• 40h/week, rotating weekday shifts between 7:00 and 21:00 (7:00-16:00 / 10:30-19:30 / 12:00-21:00).
• Saturdays on rotation: about 1 in 3, 9:00-14:00.
• €20,000-25,000 gross per year incuding commission on memberships closed.

What you'll own

• Win them: lead tours and close. Nobody leaves without joining or booking their next step.
• Host them: make every visit flawless and personal, from the welcome to the last therapy.
• Keep them: own their progress. Spot who's slipping or hasn't booked in ten days, and act before they drift.
• Run the floor: guide members through their therapies, keep the club flowing and every room immaculate.

What we're looking for

Someone who makes people feel looked after from the first second, and who loves turning a great conversation into a yes.

Must-haves:

• Experience in premium hospitality or high-end client-facing sales (luxury hotels, members' clubs, premium fitness, spa or luxury retail).
• You've closed sales face to face (memberships, packages or experiences) and you enjoy it.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Availability for rotating shifts and Saturdays on rotation.

Nice to have:

• A background in fitness, nutrition, physio or health coaching.
• You live what we do: sleep, training and recovery matter to you.

This role is not for you if...

• You're after a 9-to-5 or a remote job.
• Early starts or Saturdays are a dealbreaker.
• You'd rather not sell. Here, closing is part of the job.
• You think the job ends when the member walks out the door.
