Job summary

Pleo, a fast-growing spend management company, is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to scale upmarket GTM across Europe. You will design ABM workflows, enable AI-driven processes, and build scalable cross-functional operations with Marketing, RevOps, and Data teams.

You’ll own account intelligence, reporting cadences, and platform health, partnering with Sales Ops and Data to drive consistent, auditable results for Mid-Market and Enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• HubSpot workflows and automation design experience.
• ABM and MQL-to-MQA scoring with governance.
• Collaboration across Marketing, Sales Ops and Data teams.
• Proven ability to scale GTM operations for mid-market/enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine marketing operational frameworks and governance.
• Own account intelligence, reporting cadence and dashboards.
• Drive AI adoption across Marketing Ops and enablement.
• Ensure tooling health: HubSpot workflows, automations, integrations.
• Upskill teams with templates, QA checklists and onboarding resources.
