Job summary

Jet HR is seeking a seasoned Marketing Ops professional to own end-to-end measurement, attribution and forecasting for our growth engine in Europe. You will partner with RevOps, Growth and the CMO to turn data into actionable insights.

You will clean and structure marketing data, define dashboards, optimize funnel definitions, and lead scoring. A hands-on, autonomous style will help push impactful changes across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Marketing Ops, RevOps or Marketing Analytics.
• Deep HubSpot expertise: lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring and reporting.
• Knowledge of marketing data landscape: UTMs, ad-platform APIs, CRM objects.
• SQL and BI are a plus; data lives in Snowflake, dbt and Metabase.
• Sceptical, rigorous mind with ownership and cross-functional influence.
• Cross-functional alignment across RevOps, Data, SalesOps and Growth.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement end to end: attribution, forecasting and budget tracking.
• Make marketing data clean and usable with definitions, data quality and dashboards.
• Challenge marketing strategy with data and speak up when numbers don’t support a bet.
• Own funnel performance and lead scoring with RevOps; measure across stages.
• Relentlessly automate reporting and build tools for quick answers.
