Impress in Barcelona is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all regional marketing and creative activities for one of Europe’s key markets. You will localise campaigns, oversee marketing operations, and work across digital and traditional channels to digitalize the orthodontic patient experience.

The role demands hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok ads, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to own initiatives in a lean startup environment.

• Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for one of our key European markets.
• Localise & deploy marketing initiatives & campaigns.
• Oversee marketing operations across the country to digitalize the orthodontic patient experience.
• Increase revenue by improving marketing efficiency and lowering CAC.
• Monitor health-tech market trends and support research efforts.
• Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns across digital, press, TV, social, etc.
• Collaborate with PR/influencers to grow online community.
• Prepare regular performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly).

We have revolutionised the invisible orthodontic sector with the best team of professionals specialised in making people smile and using the latest technology for the diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of all cases.We're looking for a hardworking, hands-on and dynamic Marketing Manager based in Barcelona to drive all Impress marketing activities for one of our key European markets.

What You'll Do

• Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for one of our key European markets.
• Localise & deploy marketing initiatives & campaigns.
• Take care of all marketing operations across the country, with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients.
• Ensure maximum traffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC.
• Stay on top of health-tech market trends and support market research efforts where required.
• Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc.).
• Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start-up, ideally within the health-tech sector.
• Strong knowledge of at least one European market (Germany, Netherlands, or another relevant country).
• Solid hands-on experience running Meta and TikTok Ads, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns end-to-end.
• Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non-digital channels.
• Both creative and analytical mindset.
• Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills: you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
• Fluent in English and ideally at least another European language.
