Impress in Barcelona is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for the German market. Based on-site at our Barcelona headquarters, you will collaborate with our international marketing team to localisation and deployment of campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

The role requires hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok Ads, a strong understanding of the German market, and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset.

Formación

• Proven track record in a similar marketing role within a large-scale startup/scale-up.
• Strong understanding of the German market and customer needs.
• Experience running Meta and TikTok ad campaigns end-to-end and optimizing performance.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsabilidades

We’re looking for a hardworking, hands‑on and dynamic Marketing Manager based in Barcelona to drive all Impress marketing activities for the German market.

Location:
This position is based on‑site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain). You’ll be working closely with our international marketing team in a dynamic, collaborative office environment.

What You’ll Do

• Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for our German market.
• Localise and deploy marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Take care of all marketing operations across the country with the mission to digitalise the orthodontic experience for patients.
• Ensure maximum traffic conversion and drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC.
• Stay on top of health‑tech market trends and support market research efforts where required.
• Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc.).
• Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start‑up, ideally within the health‑tech sector.
• Very good understanding of the German market.
• Solid hands‑on experience running Meta and TikTok Ads, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns end‑to‑end.
• Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non‑digital channels.
• Both creative and analytical mindset.
• Roll‑Up‑The‑Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you to take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
• Fluent in German & English.
