Joybuy in Spain is seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to drive the local marketing strategy and execution. You will own the Spain agenda, translating European strategy into initiatives that resonate with Spanish consumers and grow the brand and business.

The role requires hands-on execution across the marketing mix, collaboration with local and international teams, and a data-driven approach to optimise ROI and budget allocation.

Formación

• Strong marketing experience, ideally within e-commerce, retail or a consumer-facing business.
• Broad marketing expertise, with hands-on experience across at least two areas of the marketing mix (Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Content, Social).
• Experience managing and developing a team is highly desirable.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the local marketing strategy: develop and execute the marketing roadmap for Spain, aligned with Joybuy’s European objectives and local priorities.
• Drive integrated marketing initiatives: lead campaigns across channels, including brand, performance, content, CRM, and other levers.
• Bring a strong local market perspective: analyze consumer behaviour and market trends to adapt the approach.
• Drive performance: monitor KPIs, evaluate ROI, and optimise campaigns, channel mix, and budget.
• Build local visibility: develop relationships with partners, media and industry stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the team: manage the local marketing team, set priorities, support performance and growth.
• Collaborate across markets: work with European and global teams to maintain alignment with Joybuy strategy.
