Job summary

Joybuy Spain is seeking a Social Media Lead to localize and execute the brand’s social content in Spain. You will run day-to-day accounts, craft Spanish copy, brief assets, schedule posts, and manage community interactions to build awareness and engagement.

You will plan topics and campaigns with local relevance, adapt central assets to the Spanish market, and analyze performance with GA4 to inform future content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• Native-level Spanish with excellent copywriting and content ideation skills.
• 3+ years in social media or content marketing; e-commerce/retail brands preferred.
• Deep familiarity with Spanish social platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and growth from scratch is a plus.
• Experience planning and producing short-form video content; familiarity with CapCut.

Responsibilities

• Localize Joybuy Spain’s social strategy and content calendar for the Spanish market.
• Manage Joybuy Spain’s official social channels: planning, copywriting in Spanish, scheduling, publishing, community management.
• Plan campaigns with local resonance around Spanish holidays and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and optimize content based on data insights.
