Job summary

Seedtag is seeking a Business Performance & Margin Analyst in Madrid. You will analyse client portfolios, profitability, and delivery quality, turning data into actionable recommendations for resource allocation and pricing strategies.

You will own profitability analyses of trading deals, partnerships, and platform contracts, guiding renegotiations and optimising value. The role requires 2–3 years in strategy/consulting, a Master’s in analytics/finance, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in strategy or operational consulting.
• Master's in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance or similar.
• Data-driven with large datasets; derives insights from data.
• Proficient with AI tools and modern AI workflows.
• Excellent business judgment and communication; presents to leadership.
• Ownership mentality; defines frameworks, not inherits them.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• No coding required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client portfolio end to end — revenue, margin, delivery quality and growth trajectory; identify where to invest, renegotiate, or cut losses.
• Build recommendations for commercial and operations teams; allocate resources across accounts.
• Use campaign and delivery data to produce concrete operating advice, not just reports.
• Own analysis of trading deals and agency profitability; assess costs, returns, and renegotiation opportunities.
• Create frameworks and recurring reviews to ensure deals stay profitable and fair.
• Quantify joint deals, partnerships, free impressions, over-delivery and value-added commitments; assign euro values.
• Review contracts with platforms, vendors and partners; model alternatives and potential renegotiations.
• Identify which publishers deliver strongest economics; guide partnerships and optimization.
• Analyse minimum revenue guarantees and similar commitments; design optimization or exit strategies.
