Job summary

Santander Wealth Management & Insurance division seeks a Growth and Performance Lead Sr. Analyst to be based in Madrid. You will define and coordinate global paid media strategies, identify scaling opportunities across markets, and optimize ROI while aligning with LTV/CAC economics.

You will also develop Generative Search strategies using AI, partner with local Digital Teams, and strengthen organic and owned media performance through data-driven campaigns across international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field.
• Google Ads, Meta Certifications preferred.
• MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate global paid media investment strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Identify scaling opportunities across markets and products and optimize ROI.
• Build performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to track incremental impact.
• Develop Generative Search strategy including AI-driven discovery environments.
• Collaborate with local Digital Teams to create AI-optimized content and ensure alignment with campaigns.
