Job summary

IE University in Madrid invites an Admissions Manager to lead admissions for one or more programs within the IE portfolio. You will conduct structured interviews, assess fit, and guide candidates from initial engagement through enrollment, coordinating with Academic, Marketing and Operations teams.

You will manage program portfolios, monitor performance, and leverage CRM data and Power BI to inform strategy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process for one or more programs, ensuring consistency, quality and compliance with IE’s admissions standards.
• Review candidate applications and conduct structured admissions interviews.
• Assess candidates’ academic, professional and personal fit with the relevant program.
• Provide timely and personalized follow-up throughout the admissions journey.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and support them in making informed enrollment decisions.
• Manage the assigned program portfolio, monitoring performance and contributing to enrollment objectives.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the CRM.
• Use CRM data and Power BI dashboards to monitor activity and support decision-making.
• Participate in strategic meetings concerning program positioning and recruitment priorities.
• Collaborate with Academic, Marketing, Global Recruitment, Careers, Operations and Student Services teams.
• Coordinate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Represent IE at recruitment fairs, information sessions and candidate events.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of commercial plans and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve admissions processes and candidate experience.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports on candidate feedback and market developments.

The Admissions Manager is responsible for managing the admissions and commercial performance of one or more programs within the IE portfolio. Responsibilities

Your role as a Manager will involve:

• Manage the admissions process for one or more programs, ensuring consistency, quality and compliance with IE’s admissions standards.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of commercial plans and candidate engagement initiatives.

• Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports on candidate feedback, market developments, program performance and emerging risks.
• Ensure that agreed actions are implemented and followed up across the relevant teams
