Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Mallorca is seeking a Learning and Development Intern to assist the design, implementation and evaluation of training programs. You will collaborate with the L&D team and other departments to research learning methods, assist content creation, coordinate training sessions, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

This seasonal, full-time role requires English and Spanish fluency and a related degree in HR, psychology, education or business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, psychology, education, business, or related field.
• Strong interest in learning and employee development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs and learning initiatives.
• Promote learning courses to employees and encourage participation.
• Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Schedule training sessions, manage calendars, coordinate participants, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Create and update learning materials, presentations, and guides.
