Straumann Group in Mallorca is seeking a Sales Representative Dental Implants / Territory Manager to drive maximum sales growth and penetrate accounts in an assigned territory. You will promote, quote, and close orders from existing and prospective customers, leveraging a strong dental sales background.

• Dental sector experience is an asset.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead targets.
• Ability to upsell to existing clients.

• Excellent listening and communication skills in Spanish; English a plus.

• Well organized with strong administration and attention to detail.
• Ability to track progress with metrics and measurement tools.

• Represent Straumann Group products and services to meet customer needs.
• Overcome objections and communicate value propositions to decision makers.
• Generate leads and manage a pipeline of prospects.
• Proactively seek new business via phone, social media, and email.
• Manage assigned accounts remotely and face to face.
• Qualify leads quickly from partners and marketing within 24 hours.
• Provide quotes and close sales.
• Drive education event attendance via marketing lists.
• Use CRM and finance tools with data discipline.
• May cover vacant territories remotely.
