Job summary

Clutch in Madrid or Lisbon is seeking a Brand Activation Manager to scout and secure the next generation of makeup brands for Spain and Portugal. You will spot emerging makeup brands and skincare early, working with creators and managing the handoff to Purchasing.

You will bridge local markets with HQ, supporting the private label activation and building a strong beauty-industry network. The role offers an international setting and collaboration with headquarters, with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of makeup and skincare markets in Spain/Portugal.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead scouting and early engagement of new makeup brands with focus on skincare.
• Collaborate with content creators and influencers under Douglas contracts.
• Hand over qualified brands to Purchasing for negotiations.
• Support activation of the company’s private label in Spain and Portugal.
• Monitor trends and maintain a network within the beauty ecosystem.
