Wella Company is seeking a Brand Management Intern to join the OPI Marketing team in Madrid. You will gain hands-on experience in brand management at a regional level, working closely with a manager in Paris and collaborating with teams across markets.

You will participate in product launches, marketing campaigns, market analysis and brand strategy, learning how to build and grow a global beauty brand with a curious, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and brands with interest in marketing.
• Fluent Spanish and good level of English; French is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; developing analytical and business skills.
• Curious, eager to learn, proactive and organized.
• Strong communicator across countries.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of OPI marketing plans aligned with brand positioning.
• Assist preparation and coordination of product launches, campaigns and activations.
• Monitor beauty trends, competitors and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
• Assist analysis of sales performance, marketing initiatives and business indicators.
• Collaborate with local markets, agencies and cross-functional teams to execute projects.
• Prepare marketing presentations and product information for internal stakeholders.
• Help coordinate marketing calendars and deliverables across projects.
