The Skin Lounge 012, a Barcelona-based cosmetics group, is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to shape and grow our brands with clarity, purpose, and ambition. This role leads brand-building from purpose to storytelling and drives go-to-market plans across international markets, working closely with our Seoul partners to expand reach and deepen consumer engagement.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Proven experience building brands from scratch.
• Strong team leadership skills.
• Solid experience in go-to-market strategy.

• Self-starter, highly organized in a fast-paced international environment.
