Ruano Mudanzas, based in Madrid, is seeking a Managing Director to lead the company and report to Group Management. You will oversee operations, drive business development and manage the local team to deliver excellent moving services across Spain.

The role requires significant leadership experience in the moving/relocation sector, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in Spanish with professional English. A permanent contract and full-time work in Madrid are offered.

Formación

• Significant experience in management, operations and/or business development within the moving/relocation industry.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; French would be a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven business development skills.
• Hands-on and entrepreneurial approach.
• Good understanding of Madrid market and business environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day activities of Ruano Mudanzas and ensure smooth delivery of moving services.
• Lead, coordinate and support the local team to achieve objectives.
• Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction; monitor quality.
• Oversee costs, margins and profitability; optimize operations.
• Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities in Madrid and across Spain.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners; negotiate proposals.
