Our boutique in Madrid seeks a Client Advisor to work part time (32 hours/week). You will provide customers with high-quality service, share knowledge of products, and embody the brand philosophy and heritage.

Key duties include customer guidance, clienteling, stock replenishment, and after-sales support, while collaborating with the team to meet store goals and maintain visual standards. Fluency in English is required; another language is a plus.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail.
• Ability to drive and exceed store results with commercial awareness.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting needs and demonstrating product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selling ceremony and fashion guidance.
• Develop CRM and clienteling strategies to strengthen relationships.
• Support inventory, replenishment and product displays according to guidelines.
• Handle cashier procedures and after-sales service.
• Maintain grooming standards and contribute to store goals.
