Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Madrid is offering a Technology Support Trainee internship to help ensure colleagues can work smoothly by keeping workplace technology running reliably. You will learn by diagnosing issues, assisting users, and applying the standards and tools that keep our systems stable and secure in a corporate support environment.

Formación

• VET in IT/Systems Administration/Networking or IT degree.
• Fluent Spanish; good English.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve incidents for Windows, Microsoft 365, email and connectivity.
• Prepare and deploy PCs and peripherals: imaging, configuration, software installation, onboarding/offboarding.
• Support office equipment and coordinate with vendors/escalation teams.
• Manage basic user administration: password resets, group membership, shared mailboxes.
• Document resolutions and maintain ticket/asset records.
