IQVIA is recruiting an English native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub to build a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will establish trustful relationships with participants during recruitment and follow-up conversations, and maintain updated information for Healthcare Professionals.

Office-based for the first six months, with hybrid working available thereafter subject to performance.

Formación

• English native speaker is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinationals is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Create doctor's engagement and participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among the assigned pool of doctors.
