IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a stable panel of doctors, recruit participants for market research, and maintain relationships through recruitment and follow-up conversations.

You will contact doctors to invite them to studies, manage panel engagement, and perform follow-ups to achieve participation targets. Strong attention to detail and professional communication are required, with English as a working knowledge.

Formación

• French native speaker required.
• Strong working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor’s engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors using different channels and arguments.
