Job summary

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual level of German and French is required.
• Very high level of English is required.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Recruit target doctors and follow-up on their participation in market research studies.
• Assist with project set-ups and field analysis.
• Invite and follow-up HCPs to ensure study progress per deadlines.
• Increase doctors’ engagement.
• Prepare sample lists.
• Manage invitation templates.
• Promote HCP collaboration in market research studies according to standards.
• Perform follow-up calls to maximize response and information.
• Provide customer service to HCPs.
• Run pilot projects and recruitments for qualitative studies.
• Transition doctors to the Incentive Program and support compliance with Local Fiscal/Legal regulations.
• Investigate and resolve panel incentive issues to ensure timely compensation.
• Collaborate effectively with a multi-cultural, cross-functional team.
