BioTalent in Madrid is seeking a Patient Recruiter to identify, engage, screen, and enroll suitable participants for clinical studies, ensuring targets are met while providing a positive participant experience.

The role is based in the Madrid area with a hybrid schedule (2 days from home, 3 days onsite) on a 3‑month, 40‑hour-per-week contract, with a high likelihood of extension.

Formación

• Experience in patient recruitment, healthcare, clinical research, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Clinical research experience is desirable.
• Fluent Spanish and English (business level) required.

We are seeking a Patient Recruiter to support the successful delivery of clinical research studies by identifying, engaging, screening, and enrolling suitable participants. This role is pivotal in ensuring recruitment targets are met while providing a positive and professional experience for all potential study participants.

This position is based in the Madrid area, and is a hybrid position (2 days from home, 3 days onsite). It is a 3 month contract, 40 hours per week with high likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience in patient recruitment, healthcare, clinical research, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Experience working within a clinical research environment is desirable.
• Fluent (business-level) Spanish and English speaking is required for this position
