IQVIA is seeking English-native professionals to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, build a stable panel, and establish trustful relationships during recruitment and follow-up conversations about questionnaire status. You will maintain up-to-date information on healthcare professionals and assist them when queries arise.

Formación

• English language proficiency required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors via multiple channels.
