IQVIA is seeking an Associate Consultant in Madrid to contribute to patient experience strategies within our clinical studies portfolio. You will work within project teams to improve patient engagement, adherence, and retention across study journeys, leveraging behavioral science and technology.

The role requires strong analytical skills, an interest in healthcare and life sciences, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs on time while collaborating with global experts.

Formación

• At least 1 year experience in consulting / research within pharma/healthcare or a PhD in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with presentations/workshops.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working across cultures and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to development of strategies, roadmaps, and frameworks to engage patients in studies.
• Generate insights by qualitative/quantitative analysis for client reports.
• Support development of intellectual property for future engagements.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to produce high-impact reports and UAT/usability testing.
• Assist with business development and proposals.
