HCLTech is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to provide on-site IT support at a client's location in Madrid. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will act as an occasional point of contact for end-user IT issues and will deliver high-quality technical support services. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, with a permanent contract and standard Monday–Friday working hours.

Formación

• Minimum 2.5 years of technical experience providing end-user IT support.
• Experience working in a client-facing environment with strong communication.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a live setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on deskside support to end users at the client site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and workplace IT issues.
• Act as on-site point of contact for IT-related requests when required.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service in a client-facing environment.
• Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders in Spanish and English.
• Log, update, and resolve tickets in line with SLAs and processes.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and follow-up.
