Job summary

Chubb Ltd. in Madrid is seeking a Claims Processor to support our EMEA teams by handling essential claims administration and data tracking within our Madrid Claims Centre.

You will collaborate with brokers and customers, ensuring timely task completion, data quality, and adherence to SOPs while developing your claims administration skills through on-the-job coaching. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and exposure to a diverse, multilingual team.

Qualifications

• Advanced level in English (C1) is a must.
• Native/Bilingual in Dutch and French is a must. Any other European language would be highly appreciated.
• Bachelor’s degree in law is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of commercial insurance A&H, P&C classes, UW or policy issuance is preferred.
• Ability to organise work & perform within time constraints.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
• Experience of working independently or as part of a team – self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Claims Administrative Delivery: Ensure timely completion of daily tasks and adherence to SLAs.
• Data Quality / Integrity: Maintain claims data entry & indexing file upload/documentation integrity in all systems.
• Best Practice: Follow Madrid Claims Centre SOPs and EMEA processes & protocols.
• Internal Development: Demonstrate high technical competency for claims admin activities and pursue coaching.
• Quality of service: Deliver high quality service within authority for various claim admin types or standard settlements.
