The successful recruiter will engage with cross-functional teams across Europe and beyond, focusing on quality hires, employer branding, and process excellence in a dynamic, hybrid setting.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international setting.
• Experience recruiting for IT or Cybersecurity roles is highly valued.
• Proficient English level (C1–C2).
• Strong adaptability and the ability to manage complex stakeholders and conversations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships at all levels.
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR teams across countries.
• Collaborate on international, cross-functional HR projects to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding.
• Leverage data-driven approaches to identify and attract top IT talent in a competitive market.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to evaluate candidate skills.
