Job summary

Entrix GmbH in Madrid is hiring a proactive Sales Manager – Offtake Origination to lead the full commercial journey from initial contact to contract signing. You will work with the local Commercial team and the global Offtake unit to build lasting relationships with Iberian customers.

You will develop a pipeline of IPPs, utilities and offtakers, manage relationships, and ensure a smooth handover to Operations for go-lives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development, origination, or key account management in energy/renewables.
• Experience in PPA origination and energy trading for renewables.
• Excellent negotiation skills bridging technical, financial, and legal aspects of contracts.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with ability to scale a business in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and comfortable with change, learning, and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, translating customer needs into proposals with Product and Technical teams.
• Ensure smooth handover to Operations and successful go-live for each customer.
• Serve as trusted advisor, guiding customers through the evolving storage market while maintaining engagement and satisfaction.
• Build and manage a pipeline of commercial partners (IPPs, utilities, offtakers) to strengthen bankability.
• Coordinate with local and global teams to link sales with off take and partnerships.
• Source, develop, and support closing offtake contracts between BESS owners and counterparties.
