Job summary

Envision Energy, a global leader in renewables, seeks a Sales Manager for the Madrid office to drive growth and manage key accounts. You will establish strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end energy solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/business development within renewables, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in Business Development and Sales, 4+ years in a sales leader role in renewables.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy sector (BESS, wind, other tech).
• Proven track record of building sales pipelines and hitting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
• Identify new opportunities within accounts and drive cross-selling/up-selling.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and operations for project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction and improvements.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, close deals with the team.
• Monitor account metrics and take actions to achieve targets.
• Be primary contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and issues.
• Work with marketing to create tailored marketing materials for key accounts.
• Represent the company at events to expand the client network.
