Job summary

JLL is looking for a Moves, Adds & Changes (MAC) Project Manager to own end-to-end office relocation projects across the EMEA region, focusing on planning, execution and post-move review.

You will coordinate occupancies, space data, vendor teams and IT, manage budgets and dashboards, and travel within EMEA as schedules require. Advanced English and 3+ years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, facilities management, or corporate relocations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills at all levels.
• Proficiency with AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced English fluency; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate employee moves of varying scope and complexity.
• Prepare communication plans and locker strategies with relevant teams.
• Plan and allocate resources with local facilities teams and vendors.
• Conduct site inspections and inventory; label assets.
• Coordinate move vendor deliveries and resolve issues for Day 1 success.
• Manage vendor relationships, quotes, invoices and spend tracking.
• Audit and ensure employee location data accuracy on Space & Occupancy.
• Build relationships with Local Facility Management, IT, Security, HR, and Occupancy Planning.
