JLL is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager for the EMEA Small Works program within Engineering. The role provides governance and SME support to FM teams across EMEA for small-scale capital projects, including retrofits and refurbishments, with limited direct end-to-end delivery unless required for critical cases.

The position emphasizes governance, procurement guidance, and structured project frameworks to enable local teams while maintaining safety, compliance, and cost control

Formación

• Degree in Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years' experience in construction project management, building refurbishment, or facilities management.
• Experience enabling operational teams and governance/compliance oversight across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Governance & Compliance Oversight: provide governance to FM teams delivering Tier 2 projects and ensure compliance with small works framework and CAPEX processes.
• SME Support & FM Team Enablement: act as SME for Tier 2 projects, guide on methodology, risk, and technical approach; coordinate procurement and cost control.
• Project Triage & Categorization: assist triage process, classify projects by tier, and intervene to prevent overruns.
• Financial Oversight & Procurement Guidance: support CAPEX budgeting, contractor selection, and cost control within approved frameworks.
