Job summary

JLL is seeking an Occupancy Planner to optimize space and support site-level planning in Madrid. You will analyze current space availability, workplace conditions, and headcount projections, ensuring alignment with client standards.

Responsibilities include developing space planning solutions, blocking and adjacency planning, migration sequencing, maintaining CAFM/IWMS data, and preparing communications for stakeholders. Strong communication and multi-project delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Relationship building & customer service skills required.
• Tactical planning & initiatives experience preferred.
• Problem solving abilities essential.
• Space planning experience including stacking, blocking & adjacency planning.
• CAFM / IWMS experience is desirable.
• Microsoft Office tools proficiency and AutoCAD skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• At a site or campus level, support development and delivery of Space Planning solutions in line with Property Strategies.
• Site level blocking, stacking, adjacency planning.
• Develop migration plans and sequencing of group-level moves.
• Manage CAFM / IWMS data and ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Facilitate planning meetings and resolve issues with MAC team.
• Prepare tactical views (e.g., 24 months) to support space needs.
• Integrate tactical plans into strategic forecasts of space requirements.
• Assist in preparing communications and floor/stack plans for stakeholders.
• Enforce space policies and notify clients of exceptions.
• Perform data accuracy audits and collaborate with Senior Site Leadership.
