Job summary

Accor Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona is seeking a Luxury Reservation Consultant who speaks Italian to handle inbound bookings for our luxury hotels worldwide. You will combine product knowledge with sales skills to deliver personalised recommendations and maximise revenue.

Responsibilities include understanding guest needs, upselling across services, processing bookings in internal systems, and maintaining excellent relationships with guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Education/work experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism industries.
• Experience in luxury travel will be an asset.
• Native Italian, proficiency in French is a strong asset.
• Fluency in English (C1) is required.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest requests with new or existing bookings with a luxury attitude and language in an unscripted environment using sales techniques.
• Understand customer needs and act as a brand ambassador throughout the luxury travel experience.
• Create a true connection with guests through storytelling and active listening.
• Upsell and cross-sell around available products and services.
• Process and manage bookings in internal systems for hotels, including modifications and payments.
• Manage guest accounts and loyalty program enrollments.
• Handle guest demands and concerns professionally.
• Maintain relationships with team members to ensure seamless guest experience.
