Accor Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona seeks a Luxury Reservation Consultant to handle inbound calls and book rooms for luxury hotels worldwide. You will use sales skills to offer recommendations and create memorable guest conversations.

You will engage with an international team, complete a one-month training plan, and benefit from exclusive discounts and an incentive plan while contributing to strong revenue growth.

Formación

• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality or tourism.
• Native or proficiency in German and fluency in English (C1-C2).
• Comfortable with computers and new software.
• Genuine interest in travel and hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound reservation calls and offer knowledgeable recommendations.
• Reserve rooms and suites for luxury brand hotels worldwide.
• Engage guests in authentic conversations to drive bookings and revenue.
• Provide tailored solutions and understand guest needs.
