Accor Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona seeks a Luxury Reservation Consultant who speaks Italian and English to handle inbound bookings for luxury brands worldwide. You will use your sales skills and deep product knowledge to recommend destinations and reserve rooms, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue.

Formación

• Education and/or work experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism industries.
• Native Italian, proficiency level in French is a strong asset.
• Fluency in English (C1) is required.
• Computer literate.
• Passionate about travel and hospitality.
• Active listening with sales oriented speech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Team spirit and collaboration in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Answer guest requests with bookings using luxury attitude and sales techniques.
• Understand customer needs and act as a brand ambassador during the luxury travel experience.
• Create connections with guests through storytelling and listening.
• Upsell and cross-sell around available products and services.
• Process and manage bookings in internal systems, including modifications, payments, and cancellations.
• Manage guest accounts and loyalty program enrollments, including data changes.
• Handle guest demands and concerns professionally and positively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Establish long-lasting professional relationships with customers for brand loyalty.
