Accor Global Reservation Centre in Barcelona is seeking a Luxury Reservation Consultant to handle inbound calls and provide tailored recommendations for our luxury hotels worldwide. You will book rooms and suites, leveraging your knowledge of world-class locations and properties, while engaging guests in authentic conversations and delivering outstanding service.

The role requires native French and English at C1, with a strong focus on sales and hospitality.

Formación

• Education and/or work experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism industries.
• Experience in luxury travel is an asset.
• Fluency in French (native or equivalent) and English (C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guests' requests in an unscripted environment as a Heartist®.
• Engage in authentic conversations while booking global travel experiences to luxury destinations.
• Share knowledge and passion for hospitality to guide guests to the right room and package.
• Help drive bookings and maximize revenue through tailored solutions.
