• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through their dream looks.
• Provide product insights and recommend additional items; apply up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
• Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships with omnichannel approaches and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation, visuals, and adherence to brand image and standards.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory management, and GDPR compliance.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
